Openserve Pre-Paid Fibre Packages

Openserve PrePaid Fibre is available in many areas in South Africa. Please check our coverage map to confirm availability in your area.

The Openserve Prepaid package has 2 line speeds – 20Mbps and 50Mbps, depending on your area. Vouchers are available as 7, 14 & 30 Day Recharges and you can stack as many vouchers as you wish to achieve your desired recharge period.

If you have an Openserve Wi-Fi enabled ONT already installed you are all set. Just contact us to get connected. 

If you don’t have one, don’t worry we can get one installed quickly. Contact us on sales@web-telecoms.co.za to request an installation bundle.

Yes, The Openserve Network has been build to withstand many stages of load shedding in most areas, but this is not guaranteed and you still need to power the Wifi ONT at your house with an inverter or mini UPS for your connection to work. An 8800mah Mini Router UPS can usually power the equipment for up to 4 hours depending on to power consumption of your router.  If you don’t have one, you can order a mini UPS from our client portal.

If there is no Openserve ONT installed you will need to allow up to 2 weeks for installation.

If you already have an Openserve ONT installed, activation is usually 1 to 2 business days from when the order is confirmed.

Openserve Prepaid fibre can be recharged with Debit/ Credit Card, Instant EFT, Apple Pay and even 1Voucher on the Openserve Website. Remember to selected Web Telecom Services when you recharge your Openserve Pre-paid Fibre
